How You Consent to Receive Text Messages (SMS Opt-In)

Customers opt in to receive text messages from AutomateMyOps in one of two ways: (1) by providing their phone number during a live appointment-booking phone call with our AI voice agent, or (2) by voluntarily initiating a text message conversation with our published business number. No phone numbers are added to our system without direct, customer-initiated contact through one of these two methods.

If you provide your phone number to us — by booking an appointment, calling our business line, or texting us directly — you may receive SMS text messages from AutomateMyOps related to appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-ups, and responses to your inquiries.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
